Evonda is our creative culinary force — an artisan baker and cake decorator with training from The Art Institute of Washington. She leads recipe development, flavor innovation and the signature style that makes each cupcake unmistakably ours: warm, artful, and made with heart.
Franstine Wallace-Barnes
Franstine brings over 20 years of executive business leadership and financial management experience, along with deep expertise in health and nutrition grounded in a fully organic diet — a philosophy that underpins the purity and quality of every ice cream flavor we churn. She leads operations, strategy and the standards that make every dessert made with care.
Dekeita J. Roland
Dekeita brings 20+ years of leadership across healthcare, community programs and strategic partnerships. She drives our logistics, event planning, marketing and community engagement — the reason our truck shows up where it matters most, from festivals to family celebrations.
